ESKANOL VE – GRP (GFK) Coating System, Certification no..: Z-59.12-138

ESKANOL VE – GRP (GFK) is a coating system to cover cracks based on fibreglass-reinforced unsaturated polyester resin.

The coating system is impermeable and resistant to a number of chemicals. Detailed information concerning its chemical resistance can be found in the general building authority certification.

The system is applied as a protection coating for concrete, plaster and cement floors in collection trays and areas used for storing water-polluting liquids, as stated in the regulations of the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt). 

It is also used on surfaces in production, treatment and application plants requiring high chemical resistance such as those in the chemical industry itself, the steel industry or the pulp and paper industry.

Once the surface has been coated other surfaces can be fitted, e.g. tiles or industrial flooring, to improve thermal and mechanical characteristics.
